Acceptance and Responsibility
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Conditions.
A mobile phone number must be provided and be contactable when occupying Noosa Habitat Resort B & B for security purposes.
A deposit on one nights’ accommodation is required to confirm the booking. The balance of the tariff is due on check in.
Payments can be made by Cash, Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Please note, a bank fee of 1.76% applied to MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
Check In/Check Out
Check In time is not before 3.00pm on the arrival date and Check Out is no later than 10.00am on departure day, unless prior arrangement has been made. Early Check In and Late Check Outs are subject to availability. Check out between 10.00am and 12.00 may incur a half night’s tariff, Check Out after 12.00pm may incur a full night’s tariff.
A key and Security Access Controller is provided and must be returned on departure.
Keys and Access Controllers which are lost or misplaced will necessitate changing of Locks and reprogramming of controllers. All costs incurred by the locksmith and communications company will be charged to the guest and the costs can range from $100.00 to $800.00. All guests are to maintain the security of the property at all times and may not loan keys and controllers to any other person/s.
The property Noosa Habitat Resort B & B is to accommodate only the number of persons specified by the owners at the time of booking. Groups under the age of 21 are not permitted without a parent or guardian present.
Smoking is prohibited inside. Designated Smoking areas are provided outside.
On departure the guests must leave the property in a neat and tidy condition.
All breakages, damages and loss of keys are to be reported and paid for by the guests.
Regard must be made to the quiet environment of other occupants in the building and surrounding premises.
We ask that you respect all other guests and neighbours.
